  The worst experience I have had in a hair dressers, bar none. I visited this establishment today as I have been sick for just over a week and my hair was not in the best condition and I was unable to get the tangles out myself . I tried to discreetly explain to one of the ladies inside that I had had a really awful bout of the flu and had not had the energy to get out of bed, let alone pass a comb through my hair- which was embarrassing enough. However the real problem came when one of the nice blonde hairdressers was running a tangle teaser through my hair and the whole right hand side of my hair was now tangle free. A very rude, bad tempered hairdresser (her name was Mari) came up to me in and grabbed and pulled a section of the hair which wasn’t tangle free and announced angrily “esto esta quemado!” Glaring at me in the mirror. I assume making reference to the fact that I had Californian highlights and not even thinking to ask what situation led my hair to be in such bad condition, just assuming it was the bleach and that I wasn’t taking care of it! Her brash abrasive nature was too much for me, not being used to being shouted at, in a HAIRDRESSERS of all places, and I became visibly upset; having explained for the 5th time that I had been really sick and not able to do anything with it. Hairdressers are meant to PROVIDE A SERVICE they have ABSOLUTELY no right or excuse for the verbal assault that I endured today, just because she jumped the gun and was not aware of my actual situation. Regardless, my hair is my hair and if I want to dye the ends or paint it bright pink with blue spots, neither Mari or anyone else has the right to tell me I shouldn’t! But above all, this hairdresser needs to go on a customer care course because I can guarantee you have lost my business and the business of everyone I speak to about this experience. I was left with a very bitter taste in my mouth after this experience and I will not be returning to this establishment. Absolutely appalling client service! If I could rate less stars I would.
