::The tour was good but the transfer to and from hotel not so good. Had to wait over an hour to be picked up from airport insructions issued said a driver would be waiting at the desk. No one was there had to ring to find out what was happening. Pick up from hotel at end of stay was half hour late had to rush through airport and only just made it to the plane which was disstresing. Need to give more time to reach the airport especially if picking up from other hotels. We stayed from 09th august - 16th august 2017. Have left IM on facebook page but had no reply.

::Sehr gute Tour auf den Berg. Wir haben sehr interessante und nützliche Informationen erhalten. Dennoch merkte man den Fahrern an, dass viele Touristen abgefertigt werden mussten. Super ist, dass die Fahrzeuge Klimaanlage haben. Uns wurde ein deutsches Voicefile vorgespielt, welches von einem Schotten gesprochen wurde. Sehr lustig mit vielen Witzen.
